Wellbeing

Wellbeing metrics include those related to financial health and stability, as well as physical and mental health.

Why is this important?

Financial health and stability provide people with the foundation to meet their basic needs as well as the ability to weather unexpected and/or destabilizing life events. There is a strong connection between financial health & stability and physical & mental health – from increased access to health insurance and medical care to lower incidence of stress and anxiety – impacting a range of outcomes later in life.
